Works great. This is a top notch bag. We are getting ready for a camping and boating trip so I put this to the test. Went to the store for supplies and put all cooler stuff in bag to hold till I got home 4 hours later, Wow !!! Everything was still cold. Then when I got home I threw a old camera in the bag and stuck it in the swimming pool for a hour, pulled it out was dry as a bone. GREAT !!!! Then I fixed dinner early put in containers and put in the bag to stay warm. Worked wonderful !!!! Now we have it out full of ice and cola in 94* weather, it again is not disappointing us !! What a great bag. I think I will buy several and give them at Christmas time. You can not go wrong with this. My goodness, we have been back from our trip for awhile but let me tell you , this bag will travel with us everywhere. Send two to my kids and they are in aah with it. Absolutely a must have.......

Easy access
Easy access in and out for whatever you place in it.In my case, I use it for insulin transportation, it hasto be cooled, at low temperature as to NOT affectthe insulin'[s chemical composition (happens at high temperatures).
