The quality is outstanding... I'd highly recommend to other fire departments or
to anyone who needs to
keep their gear dry and protected.

Takes whatever the Pacific Northwest throws at it and keeps coming back for more. The 75L White Water Duffel in its natural habitat.

In the course of 1 day. 90km+ winds, 100mm+ of rain, storm tidal surge stole beach, embankment behind rivers ran down due to incline. Only dry place was using 4 logs, laying down 10x7 defender tarp...

Woke up at 4am to a bunch of coyotes howling very close. Sleeping without a tent is always a lil unnerving. You are vulnerable to the elements/critters, moisture sets up and freezes easier, and bugs be crawling all over ya. My gear had moths in every crevice, but that’s why it’s worth it.

Quick tip! Tarp shelters are hard to beat, especially when it's time to pack up during inclement weather. Pin the corners up a you're gold! Our 10x10 Defender kept us dry all night and when it came time to strike camp.
